If you would like to request that a public event be held for your school or organization, or would like further information about the public events currently being conducted by the NMSU Astronomy Department, please fill out the form below.
Please be sure to include a valid contact e-mail address or phone number, so that we can respond to your request.
We generally require a minimum of 10-14 days advance notice before events. The number of requests made to the department has been increasing significantly over the last few years, so we can't guarantee that we'll be able to assist with every event, although we want to do so and certainly will try!
The more details you can provide about your event, the better we will be able to respond!
