IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST sign up for a lab section if you sign up for the class, and you MUST sign up for a lab section that is associated with the class section you are taking. Failure to attend the correct lab section will ensure that you will not pass ASTR105/ASTR110!
ASTR 110 Lab Manual (PDF)
You can either purchase a hardcopy version from FedEx/Kinko's
(the cost is approximately $35) or print out the labs that your section will
be doing. Each section does a different set of labs, thus make sure you attend
YOUR lab section as it is extremely difficult to schedule a make-up. The same version of the lab manual is used in each
section of Astr110, but different sections may do different labs. You may wish to use night time sky charts for use at home or at the observatory.
